Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an operations coordinator to manage daily logistics, inventory, and order processing.

You will work with suppliers, customers, and partners to ensure on-time deliveries, maintain NEA-compliant licenses, and generate consumption reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle Tradenet permit applications for all import and export shipments.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time deliveries and update inventory records.
• Keep customers’ DG storage and usage licenses organized and compliant with NEA rules.
• Create and activate Purchase Orders (POs) based on customer needs and warehouse stock.
• Check customer forecasts and usage, and send regular consumption reports when required.
