Job summary

Datadog in Singapore seeks a seasoned Technical Project or Program Manager to guide multiple implementations from start to finish and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with Implementation Services, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, with regular travel to client sites up to 30% of the time. The role supports a hybrid workplace to balance collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Technical Project or Program Management experience including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• 5+ years of Customer facing experience in a services or success role.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences.
• Experience with DevOps services and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide the project planning and delivery for multiple implementation engagements.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall project health to minimize risk and ensure successful completion of engagements.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding multiple implementations from start to finish and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs.

• Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time
