Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on wafer manufacturing equipment, carry out basic troubleshooting, and support daily 5S and safety in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and teamwork. You will work under supervision, take ownership of tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Background in Electronics, Computer, Technical, Mechanical or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in maintenance, equipment support, or wafer fabrication environment.
• Familiar with Implant tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repair on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily equipment 5s and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations in a cleanroom environment.
• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior from time to time.
