Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree or diploma program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and change-management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff briefings during non-peak periods using case studies.
• Perform audits with an audit checklist at counters and gates.
• Observe ground activities and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and update training modules for operational excellence.
• Refresh training materials to reflect current SOPs.
• Conduct random grooming inspections per guidelines.
• Draft SOPs and guidelines for business continuity plans.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet airline requirements.
