Job summary

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting needs and risk assessments for intakes, providing casework management for clients, and developing plans and programmes to meet client needs. You will also review needs to plan group work addressing issues of target groups and collaborate with other agencies to pool resources for clients.

Ability to conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes.

6) Ability to scan community needs to develop development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs and risk assessments for intakes.
Provide casework management for clients.
Conduct analysis, plans and implements programmes and services to meet client’s needs.
