Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking Full Stack Engineers to join product teams building digital solutions for government agencies. You will work with cross-functional squads alongside QA, UX, and product owners to deliver impactful public sector software.

The role emphasizes collaboration, modern technologies, and agile practices to continuously improve products and user experiences for citizens.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
Solid programming fundamentals and strong analytical abilities.
Familiarity with cloud-based development and CI/CD practices.
Experience with SCRUM, KANBAN and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular and .NET advantageous.

Responsibilities

Partner with government agencies to build and iterate on high-quality digital products.
Collaborate within cross-functional product teams to deliver user-centred solutions.
Champion adoption of modern technologies and practices to accelerate delivery.
Engage in Agile ceremonies and continuous product improvement.
Develop clean, maintainable code for rapid iteration and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team.
