You will hire, mentor, and guide engineers while aligning technical delivery with risk-reduction goals across cloud usage and third-party security controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders globally to drive architectural decisions, ensure security excellence, and deliver scalable software solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience in Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• 3+ years building software for data privacy or security (IAM).
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• 2+ years in people management or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of software engineers, combining technical leadership and people management to build secure cloud solutions.
• Drive the technical roadmap to support risk reduction goals and address complex problems.
• Oversee engineering projects, make key architectural decisions, and collaborate with partner security and software teams.
• Partner with cross-functional roles to define requirements and implement systems for secure cloud usage and governance.
• Cultivate a high-performing engineering culture through staffing, mentorship, and career development.
