Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in early childhood or special education.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Knowledge of disabilities (ASD, GDD, CP, Down syndrome, HI, VI) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct small group or individual teaching sessions for children with learning difficulties.
• Plan and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs).
• Deliver engaging, play-based lessons supporting cognitive, motor, and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with therapists and families for holistic intervention.
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and adjust teaching strategies.
