Job summary

STEP SINGAPORE PTE LTD offers a dynamic environment focusing on ABA-based interventions for children with autism. You will join a team dedicated to transforming how children interact with others through individualized therapy plans.

You will care for 10 to 15 children, applying evidence-based techniques, and travel between therapy locations as required. Training is provided; dedication to helping children grow is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with children with Autism using ABA.
• Able to work independently with high responsibility and ethics.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• You have vast experience working with children with Autism using ABA

Getting your hands dirty all the time. You are to play and interact with children and they sure have more energy than you do.

Job Scope

You will be taking care of 10 to 15 children and responsible for helping them with their behaviours, obsessions, language and social difficulties. There are over hundreds of ways to manage any behaviours and there are more than a thousand kind of problematic behaviours. We can assure you will constantly be faced with new challenges. You will get hands on experience and learn how to manage these behaviours and learn how to best handle them.
