Job summary

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate or portfolio strategy, philanthropic advisory, impact investing, institutional development, strategic finance, programme/portfolio management or related field.
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous questions and connect multiple sources of evidence.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, influence constructively and work across organisational boundaries.
• High levels of ownership, discretion and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and alignment by translating board-approved mandates into clear priorities and allocation considerations.
• Oversee reviews of platforms and mandates, assessing strategic relevance, impact, governance and operating effectiveness.
• Develop portfolio-level insights on performance, impact and resource allocation to support decision-making.
• Coordinate across Finance, Risk, Legal, HR, Partnerships, and Impact teams to provide coherent stewardship.

Education

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Strategy, Sustainability, Social Sciences or related discipline
