Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of centre-based activities, workshops, and events.
• Engage with seniors through meaningful conversations and participation in daily programmes.
• Support documentation of programme attendance, feedback, and evaluation data.
• Help coordinate outreach efforts and door‑knocking exercises to engage vulnerable or isolated seniors.
• Assist in volunteer management tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, and appreciation activities.
• Participate in community engagement events and health screenings (where applicable).
• Shadow staff during case work or home visits to gain deeper understanding of community care.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support daily centre operations.
