KidSTART seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to shape operational policy and programme design. You will research, analyse, write, and implement policies and monitoring systems in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in policy formulation, data analysis, planning, or programme development.
• Ability to lead projects, engage stakeholders, and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and review KidSTART service model and operational policies with practical frameworks.
• Analyse programme data, track deliverables and prepare outcomes reports.
• Manage funding agreements, track compliance, prepare disbursement docs, and respond to audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams, implementing agencies and government counterparts; prepare briefs and policy papers.
