Job summary

Singapore Children's Society seeks a KidSTART Executive to support the delivery of KidSTART and CSP operations through programme administration, data management and reporting. You will coordinate meetings, manage data, and help drive process improvements to support staff and service delivery.

You will maintain data accuracy, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to governance and compliance. The role involves cross-centre collaboration, coordination of resources and participation

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Social Services, Programme Management, Data Management or related discipline.
• Experience in programme administration, operations, data management, reporting or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, invitations, venues and virtual arrangements.
• Prepare agendas, materials and minutes; track and follow up on actions.
• Support accurate reporting to KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL) and stakeholders.
• Maintain programme databases, trackers and data quality checks.
• Develop templates and processes for programme operations and service delivery.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and adoption.
