OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm in Singapore, seeks a Sales Trader to join our fast-growing team at the intersection of finance and sustainability. You will proactively engage with prospective clients, understand their environmental exposure, and identify where products bring value while building a profitable client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years in commodity trading or B2B sales, a strong sales mindset, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 1-2+ years in commodity trading or B2B sales, preferably in energy or environmental sectors.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian language is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Expand client base in the environmental commodities sector.
• Lead generation via cold calling, email outreach, and meetings.
• Execute trades efficiently and meet client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships, tailor solutions for compliance and sustainability.
