Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in commodities trading, market making, energy markets, or related roles.
Experience operating in an OTC trading environment, including quoting, execution, and position management.
Familiarity with risk limits, daily P&L reporting, and position monitoring.
Responsibilities
Provide two-way pricing and liquidity in OTC energy markets.
Actively manage trading positions within agreed risk parameters.
Contribute to trading P&L with accountability at both individual and team level.
Ensure accurate trade booking, confirmations, and daily reconciliation of positions.
Engage with clients and counterparties for market insights and pricing guidance.
Identify inefficiencies in trading and contribute to improvement initiatives.
Skills
