Job summary

At AIMS MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., our immigration team is expanding and seeking experienced sales professionals who can help clients migrate to another country. The Immigration Consultant will manage leads, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced B2C environment.

You will represent our services, stay updated on policy changes, and drive revenue growth through proactive calls, appointments, and social engagement. A 5.5-day work week is expected with a base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Proven successful sales track record in a B2C setting.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Diploma and above.

Responsibilities

• Identification of new sales opportunities from our various sources of client engagement
• Set daily appointments, make effective sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of our immigration programs and able to conduct client meetings professionally
• Prepare professional and updated proposals and materials for presentations to referring channels and clients
• Achieve sales targets by assessing client needs and following a defined sales process
• Actively leveraging on social media to build AIMS brand essence and leadership in the industry
• Work with other Immigration Consultants to meet sales targets collectively
• Demonstrate high service standards expected of a market leader
• Willing to work 5.5-day week
