Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Immigration Sales Consultant with a sales-driven mindset to convert company-provided leads into clients. The role offers office-based work at Jurong East, Monday to Friday with standard office hours and a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

You will handle warm and cold calls, conduct face-to-face consultations, understand client needs for Singapore PR and Citizenship, and meet sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with warm and cold calling to initiate client engagement.
• Confident in conducting face-to-face sales consultations.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills to influence client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through warm and cold calling to generate interest and qualify prospects
• Understand clients' needs regarding Singapore Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications to provide tailored advice
• Arrange and manage face-to-face consultations and appointments at the office to engage potential clients
• Conduct face-to-face sales consultations to recommend suitable immigration services based on client needs
• Follow up with prospects consistently to convert leads into confirmed sales
• Achieve individual sales KPIs and targets to contribute to company growth
• Work on selected weekends as required to support business demands

• Basic: $2,500 - $3,000 + Uncapped Commission
• Potential Earnings: $6,000 - $8,000+ for strong performers
