Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for two immediate, entry-level Temp Associate positions in AP—ePay and PayNow Onboarding. The roles are office-based at Redhill, with 8:30 to 6pm, five days a week, and a short six-month tenure.

You will verify invoices in Ariba VIMS, ensure documents match, support paynow onboarding, and handle routine vendor inquiries. Strong MS Office skills, organisation, and a can-do attitude are essential; immediate availability is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Log in to Ariba VIMS and check invoice copies and supporting documents submitted by suppliers.
• Verify invoice information against the supplier’s system entry, including the PHI, vendor name, invoice number, invoice date and amount, etc.
• Check that the required supporting documents, such as an acknowledged Delivery Order or other proof of delivery, are attached and complete.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Contact and guide vendors through PayNow onboarding process
• Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• GCE O level $1,700
• Nitec $1,800

1. Position: Temp Associate, AP – ePay
