Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for an Accounts Payable - Epay role in Bukit Merah, Singapore. The position handles invoice verification in Ariba VIMS, PayNow onboarding for vendors, and data updates in SAP S/4HANA. Training is provided with no prior experience required.

Office hours are Mon-Fri; salary range $1,600–$2,000 per month. This is a structured role within our healthcare system shared service.

Qualifications

• Min O/A levels /Nitec / Diploma in any field.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Log in to Ariba VIMS and check invoice copies and supporting documents submitted by suppliers.
• Verify invoice information against the supplier's system entry (PHI, vendor name, invoice number/date/amount).
• Ensure required supporting documents are attached and complete (e.g., Delivery Order).
• Guide vendors through PayNow onboarding process.
• Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
• Handle vendor inquiries and follow up on submissions.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Check that the required supporting documents, such as an acknowledged Delivery Order or other proof of delivery, are attached and complete.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Paynow onboarding

• Contact and guide vendors through PayNow onboarding process
• Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions.
• Update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
