Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator deployed to Redhill to assist in the vendor payment transition exercise. The role focuses on communications with existing vendors and consolidating responses, ensuring data accuracy.

You will maintain vendor master records, perform callback verifications, and respond to vendor queries in a timely, professional manner. The position requires at least GCE A-Level and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A-Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organised with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing vendors to communicate the UEN/NRIC payment transition exercise.
• Collect, record, and consolidate vendors’ responses, including preferred payment arrangements.
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of vendor master records in the system
• Perform callback verifications to authenticate vendor information and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle vendors’ queries in a timely and professional manner
• Compile and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for payment transition exercise.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
