Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. seeks Assembly Production Operators for our Tai Seng facility in Singapore. We are filling 10 vacancies with immediate hiring. Salary ranges from $2,000 to $2,500 monthly (excluding OT); OT can push earnings to $3,000++.

Work is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:45 PM, with an air-conditioned environment. OT available; medical and dental benefits plus a performance bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read basic drawings and follow tickets.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
• No strict experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex wire harnesses and cables following drawings.
• Assemble, modify and rework production components per instructions.
• Operate basic hand tools and machines as needed.
• Identify wires using color code sequence.
• Support cycle counting and inventory transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant machines and techniques.
• Meet daily production output and quality targets.

Salary Package : $2,000 – $2,500 Basic Salary - Excluding OT - with OT can hit $3000++

Working Hours

Normal Office Office Hours & Morning Shift if required
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi-conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.

• Assembles, modifies reworks, and/or reassembles production components, utilizing drawing, picking tickets, processing documentation, and/or verbal instructions.

• Use basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, solder iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, and pinning machine.

• Identify wires with the usage of the basic color code sequence.

• Support cycle counting activity, inventory handling, and inventory transactions

• Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of machines and techniques in this industry and/or similar industries.

• Meet daily production output & quality requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level

• With or without working experience - training will be provided

• Preferably with prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong interest in hands-on assembly work.
