Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Studio Assistant to support our fashion studio operations. You will manage wardrobe and props, maintain stock records, and ensure smooth daily workflows within the studio.

You will lift items, coordinate packing and returns to the warehouse, update ledgers, and assist with ad‑hoc tasks. The role requires at least 6 months commitment, good communication, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate studio needs on a weekly basis.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Standardize workflows and improve studio efficiency.
• Set up labelled racks and organized stations.
• Track wardrobe/props accuracy and consistency.
• Create props ledger and refresh old props.
• Handle packing/unpacking and SKU adjustments.
• Return products to warehouse weekly.
• Update documents for record keeping.
• Maintain wardrobe/props library and ledger updates.
• Manage claims and expenses promptly.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take initiative to anticipate studio needs weekly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Standardize workflows and improve studio efficiency
• Implement labelled racks, organized stations, and systematic unpacking/warehouse returns
• Improve accuracy and consistency in tracking wardrobe/props
li>Create props ledger for studio, to make sure props are managed well, and ensure old props are refreshed to maintain relevancy

• Packing and unpacking and handling SKU adjustments
• Product returns to warehouse weekly to maintain studio organization
• Update relevant documents for record keeping purposes
• Maintain wardrobe/props library and ledger updates accurately
• Managing of claims and expenses promptly
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
