Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Visual Designer, Illustration and Motion on a 12-month contract to lead illustration and motion output for GCX projects, predominantly consumer banking platforms. You will shape briefings with product designers and craft campaign-ready visuals for festive campaigns and in-app moments.

You’ll design interactive UI elements and ensure performance-conscious assets while aligning with brand guidelines and the design system across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong illustration craft with motion ability to craft original animated work
• Experience across illustration, motion graphics, and digital brand work (≈5+ years)
• Proficient production tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma; understand assets optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead illustration for festive and campaign work from planning to final assets
• Design interactive and motion elements in mobile and desktop UI across campaigns and in-app moments
• Balance quality with performance, export lightweight assets for fast load times
• Maintain brand consistency and contribute to the visual system and motion tokens
