Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Visual Designer, Illustration and Motion for a 12-month full-time contract in Singapore. You will lead illustration, motion output, and visual design across consumer banking platforms, delivering modern and bold assets within technical constraints.

The role emphasizes reusable visuals, assets, and a lightweight system, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape campaigns and product moments.

Qualifications

• Strong illustration and motion craft with ability to produce original animated work.
• Experience across illustration, motion graphics, and digital brand work (5+ years suggested).
• Proficiency in production tools: Figma, Lottie; Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Understanding of performance considerations and file-size discipline for digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead illustration for festive and campaign work from planning to final assets.
• Design interactive and motion elements for mobile and desktop app UI across campaigns and in-app moments.
• Balance illustration quality with performance constraints, export lightweight assets.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across visuals and contribute to design system.
• Build reusable illustration and motion components and a lightweight visual system.
