Job summary

Ikano-Retail in Singapore is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Assistant to support eCommerce operations. The role involves inventory organization, order picking (up to 20kg), packing, and shopfloor shopping for online orders. Training will be provided and a commitment of 3 months is expected.

The position requires 15 hours per week (5 hours per day) across 4–5 days, including weekends and public holidays, with physical readiness for long standing hours and manual handling.

Qualifications

• Working hours: 15 hours per week, min 5 hours per day.

• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Energetic and physically fit; willing to do hands-on warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory items are well-organized, properly stored, handled and distributed.
• Picking warehouse goods for orders up to 20kg using machines.
• Transporting stock items with a pallet jack to other sections.
• Pick items from shelves or designated areas according to order lists.
• Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
• Doing shopping from shopfloor for online customers' orders.
• Must be physically fit, able to stand long hours, walking and carrying items up to 20kg.
