Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance professional to support IFRS 17 reporting, data prep, disclosures and reconciliations in Singapore. You will analyze variances and ensure timely delivery of financial statements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years of IFRS reporting experience and can start immediately or on short notice, contributing to process improvements and controls for the group.

Qualifications

• IFRS reporting experience and data handling skills.
• Strong analytical ability to investigate variances and trends.
• Experience with financial reporting controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly IFRS 17 financial reporting, including data preparation, reporting disclosures, output reconciliation, variance analysis and validation of reporting results.
• Investigate reporting variances and exceptions, perform flux and trend analysis, and ensure reporting deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls, accounting system calibration, UAT, financial report customization, new accounting standard requirements, and preparation of holding company financial statements.
• Adhoc tasks as assigned
