Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales engagements for Singapore enterprise accounts.
• Own the proof-of-concepts (POCs) and deliver technical value.
• Maintain deep, authoritative knowledge of Idira and Palo Alto Networks product portfolio.
• Collaborate with local sales & product teams during evaluations.
• Handle complex technical evaluations and resolve escalations.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product insights.
