Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management leader to own the enterprise identity roadmap, IAM governance, and the transition from AD to Google Cloud Identity, enabling Zero Trust and secure AI adoption.

You will lead architecture, migration waves, JML automation, and vendor management across StarHub’s security program, collaborating with HR, IT, and risk teams to deliver secure, compliant identity controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in identity and access management or security architecture.
• Led large IAM programmes and successful migrations or consolidations.
• Hands-on depth in identity lifecycle and IAM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the Identity-Led Enterprise strategy and 18-month roadmap.
• Define canonical identity model and integration with systems like SuccessFactors.
• Establish Google Workspace/Cloud Identity as the workforce front door.
• Lead migration, deprovisioning, and JML automation across platforms.
• Govern non-human and AI identities with accountability and policy alignment.
