Job summary

Housing & Development Board in Singapore seeks an Identity & AI Security Specialist to strengthen identity security and enable secure adoption of Generative AI across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will design, implement and operate security controls for human, privileged, service and AI identities, ensuring resilience and tight integration with governance processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, CS, information systems, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in identity security or security engineering.
• Hands-on with enterprise identity platforms and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts (Zero Trust, least privilege).
• Ability to communicate risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape identity and AI security with policies and reference architectures.
• Assess and reduce risk across human, privileged, machine and AI identities; recommend remediation.
• Engineer identity controls across IAM, IGA, PAM, PIM, MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
• Govern the identity lifecycle including discovery, onboarding, recertification and rotation of credentials.
• Secure AI use cases by defining controls for agent authentication, data access and auditing.
• Maintain and operate identity and AI security platforms, monitor health and perform maintenance.
