Job summary

NXT4SAP Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Identity & Operations Specialist to manage enterprise authentication and identity systems across multi-tenant applications.

You will ensure secure access, align with global standards, and support product operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include configuring Azure Entra ID, implementing OAuth2.0, SSO, and MFA, managing Azure resources, and enforcing encryption, backups, and recovery.

Qualifications

• Identity management expertise with Azure Entra ID for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2.0, SSO, MFA and other secure authentication mechanisms.
• Operational security experience implementing security policies compliant with global standards.
• Familiarity with Azure-based applications, serverless architectures and multi-tenant systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure identity management systems for seamless user authentication.
• Implement and maintain OAuth2.0, SSO, and MFA across web applications.
• Manage and optimize Azure resources, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Ensure robust data security with encryption and oversee backups and recovery.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure access into product workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication and identity systems to minimize downtime.
• Develop and enforce operational security policies aligning with GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
• Support multi-tenant environments, ensuring secure and isolated access.
• Provide operational support for product development teams addressing identity issues.
• Stay updated on identity management and security trends to improve systems.
