Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore invites experienced Platform Operations Engineers to safeguard Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments. You will ensure stability, security, and reliable day-to-day IAM operations in a large-scale enterprise.

Responsibilities cover administration, monitoring, incident resolution, user provisioning, GPO management, and integration with SSO/MFA/Conditional Access, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in platform operations, infrastructure support, system administration, or IAM.
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
Good understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorisation, user provisioning, and access control.
Familiarity with AD DS, Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, and authentication protocols.
Knowledge of Entra ID capabilities such as MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure and identity-related incidents.
Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, problem, change, and request management.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work effectively within a large-scale enterprise and operational environment.

Responsibilities

Operate, administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
Perform day-to-day identity and directory administration, including user accounts, groups, permissions, access controls, and related services.
Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and security, and proactively address operational issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests relating to Entra ID, Active Directory, authentication, and identity services.
Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, access management, and account lifecycle activities.
Manage and maintain Group Policies (GPOs), directory configurations, security policies, and access controls.
Support authentication and identity-related technologies such as SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
Perform system configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and operational changes in accordance with established procedures.
Investigate platform incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Support security reviews, vulnerability remediation, audit requirements, and access reviews relating to identity platforms.
Maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, configuration records, and troubleshooting guides.
Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and service management teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in change, incident, problem, and service request management processes.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.
