NXT4SAP Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Identity & Operations Specialist to manage enterprise authentication and identity systems across multi-tenant applications.

You will ensure secure access, align with global standards, and support product operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include configuring Azure Entra ID, implementing OAuth2.0, SSO, and MFA, managing Azure resources, and enforcing encryption, backups, and recovery.

Qualifications

• Identity management expertise with Azure Entra ID for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2.0, SSO, MFA and other secure authentication mechanisms.
• Operational security experience implementing security policies compliant with global standards.

Identity & Operations Specialist

At NXT4AP, we are seeking an experienced Identity and Operations Specialist to manage and optimize authentication mechanisms, identity management systems, and operational security for enterprise-grade applications.

This role ensures seamless integration of secure access solutions across all development efforts, while maintaining compliance with global standards and supporting product operations in dynamic, multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure identity management systems, including Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), for seamless user authentication and role-based access control.
• Implement and maintain authentication protocols such as OAuth2.0, SSO, and MFA across web applications.
• Take responsibility for the management and optimization of existing Azure resources, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Ensure robust data security, including encryption protocols, and oversee regular backup and recovery processes to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate secure access solutions into all product workflows and architectures.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize authentication and identity systems to ensure minimal downtime and robust performance.
• Develop and enforce policies for operational security and compliance, aligning with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards.
• Support multi-tenant application environments, ensuring secure and isolated access for diverse user groups.
• Provide operational support for product development teams, addressing identity-related issues and improving system reliability.
• Stay updated on advancements in identity management and operational security, implementing innovative solutions to enhance system integrity and user experience.
