Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related discipline.
• 3+ years in ID Administration, Active Directory or IAM.
• Previous team lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT security and privileged-access management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential user-access data securely.
• Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the IAM team’s daily operations and workload allocation.
• Oversee the creation, deletion, resetting and suspension of user accounts across operating systems and applications.
• Ensure all access requests are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels.
• Review user ID and privileged-access revalidation exercises and remediate deviations promptly.
• Perform quality checks to minimise errors, security risks and client complaints.
• Manage operational issues and elevate complex cases to the appropriate support teams.
• Monitor team performance, ticket volumes, backlogs and SLA achievement.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to the line manager and client stakeholders.
• Coach team members and ensure compliance with access-control procedures and security policies.
• Support audits, process reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
