Job summary

PeopleSolve is an international nurse recruitment firm focused on helping Singapore- and internationally educated nurses settle permanently in Singapore and beyond. We partner with healthcare organizations to place nurses in hospitals, clinics, and community centers.

The role involves ICU/ICA nursing responsibilities, rotating shifts, and contributing to high-quality patient care. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting healthcare staffing across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from a recognized training institution approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• BCLS or CPR/AED certification required.
• Post-basic Certificate/Advance Diploma in Critical Care preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist ICU/ICA patients with basic and complex nursing procedures.
• Support doctors and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Participate in ICU-related training and audits.
• Handle central and arterial line insertions and related procedures.

What Were Looking For

• Registered Nurse from recognized training institution as approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Possess a valid BCLS or CPR/AED certification.
• Post-basic Certificate/ Advance Diploma in Critical Careis preferred
• Available to perform rotating shifts.

About The Role

• Demonstrated clinical skills and knowledge such as:
• Central and arterial line insertion
• Use of transport Ventilator / Ventilator Machine
• IABP machine / CRRT machine/ ECMO machine
• Cardioversion / Telemetry monitoring
• Assist the Specialist in performing basic and complex nursing procedures/treatments for ICU / ICA patients
• Participate in clinical audits as required and attend/ participates in Intensive Care related training/updates
• Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
  
• Any other duties determined by the supervisor.
