Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in storage engineering or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on with enterprise storage platforms such as Hitachi, NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, or HPE.
• Experience with backup solutions like Veritas NetBackup, CommVault, or Veeam.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain storage and backup infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Execute storage migrations, capacity expansions, and lift-and-shift projects with minimal disruption.
• Design, test, and validate backup policies, DR tests, and recovery objectives.
• Develop security baselines, hardening configurations, and compliance documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities using scripting and AI-assisted tooling to improve reliability.
