Job summary

HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, seeks a professional to manage governance, risk, and compliance for enterprise ICT infrastructure across Home Team Departments. You will champion security by design, coordinate ICT project handovers, and lead initiatives to enhance infrastructure while ensuring vendors meet SLAs.

The role involves 24/7 security operations, deployment of end-user devices, OS standardization via MDM, and procurement management to support public safety operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or related disciplines such as ICT Technology or Cyber Security.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in cyber security related programs such as audits support, risk assessments, audit findings remediation and cyber security compliance management.
• In-depth understanding of desktop clients/servers, cloud infrastructure and networks; working knowledge of system administration such as Windows Server and Active Directory; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Governance, Risk, audit and process management of enterprise ICT infrastructure services across HTD agencies.
• Serve as the point of contact for ICT project handovers with a focus on Security by Design.
• Lead ICT security initiatives and infrastructure enhancements to comply with government policies.
• Ensure vendors meet service levels and manage contracts for operational needs.
• Identify cost-effective technical solutions and manage procurement, tender specs, evaluation and awards.
• Manage GRC processes, including 24/7 security operations with fast response times.
• Lead end-to-end device deployment across agencies and coordinate site readiness and user comms.
• Oversee OS standardization and provisioning via MDM (Intune, SCCM) and ensure security baselines.
