Job summary

HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Governance professional to support governance and security across Home Team Departments, including end-user devices, networks, and cloud components.

You will lead GRC processes, manage 24/7 security operations, coordinate vendor engagements, deploy devices, standardise OS via MDM, and ensure encryption and hardening baselines in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Computer Studies, or related ICT fields.
• At least 1 year in cyber security programs such as audits support, risk assessments, or compliance management.
• Recent certifications (within 2 years) such as CCIE/CCNP/CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, Azure Architect/Administrator are a plus.
• Strong understanding of desktop/server environments, cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, and security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Govern ICT infrastructure security governance, risk, and compliance.
• Serve as project handover contact with Security by Design.
• Perform hands-on network management including LAN/WAN, NAC, firewall, and NOC tools.
• Manage endpoint infrastructure including OS, patching, and device policy.
• Handle incidents, vendor management, and service-level adherence.
• Oversee procurement and tender processes.
• Maintain GRC documentation and 24/7 security operations readiness.
• Lead end-to-end device deployment and OS standardisation via MDM.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with OEMs.
