Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced ICT Programme Manager to coordinate HQ project rollouts and ensure MOE policy compliance. You will gather ICT needs, procure ICT/AV equipment, and manage ICT/AV resources across the centre.

The role oversees Technology Assistants and trainers, maintains the centre website and booking system, troubleshoots conferencing issues, and provides AV support including videography/photography and event video production.

Qualifications

• Diploma in ICT required.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Configure, install, and maintain end-user devices (hardware & software).
• Experience in video conferencing/webinar facilitation for large-scale events.
• Experience in ICT project contracts, vendor liaison, and project management (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT programmes and coordinate HQ project rollouts while ensuring MOE policy compliance.
• Gather ICT needs and propose solutions; assist in procurement of ICT/AV equipment and services.
• Manage ICT/AV resources.
• Oversee Technology Assistant and collaborate with ICT trainers/support staff.
• Manage Centre website and premises booking system.
• Troubleshoot SSOE/Non-SSOE/WOG issues.
• Facilitate video conference and webinar sessions.
• Provide AV support, videography/photography, video production, and design of banners/booklet covers.
• Coordinate printing services and vendor deliveries/repairs.
• Prepare ICT Masterplan and ITQ specification drafts.
