Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Central Singapore seeks an ICT Infrastructure Manager (Endpoint | Network) to lead the design and delivery of managed services, endpoints, SaaS applications, and core IT infrastructure from our Central location.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of working experience with technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions for endpoints, infrastructure and cloud services.
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools, networking, virtualization and security practices.

• Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Ensure all technical documentation and standards are maintained.
• Design and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for clients.
• Act as the top-level escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Working Location: Central
