Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an ICT Trainer to deliver engaging ICT sessions for primary students and staff. You will also design publicity materials, edit photos and videos, and support events with AV capabilities.

The role involves maintaining ICT resources, supporting digital signage and timetabling systems, and exploring new EdTech to enhance learning outcomes. Some after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/Multimedia qualification.
• Proficient in photo/video editing, animation, website design, and graphic design.
• Familiar with EdTech tools such as ClassPoint, Canva, and ThingLink.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps, and AI tools.
• Knowledge of programming (e.g., C++, Java, XHTML).
• ICT certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISM, CISSP, or GSEC) are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of ICT training experience for primary school students.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

• Plan and conduct ICT training for students (P1–P6) and staff, including assessment of students’ ICT skills.
• Design and edit school publicity materials, collaterals, photos, and videos.
• Provide ICT and AV support for school events, including sound mixing, photography, and videography.
• Assist with the management, maintenance, and loaning of ICT and AV equipment.
• Support school-based ICT systems, including digital signage, time tabling, OAS scanning, and Parent-Teacher Meeting booking systems.
• Research new technology trends and EdTech tools to support teaching and learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support work beyond normal hours when required, with time off provided

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skilled in photo/video editing, animation, website design, and graphic design.
• Familiar with EdTech tools such as ClassPoint, Canva, and Thing Link.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps, and AI tools.
• Knowledge of computer and website programming (e.g.C++, Java, XHTML).
• ICT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISM,CISSP, or GSEC are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience conducting ICT training for primary school students.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the Subject Head (Info Comm Technology).
