BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an ICT Executive cum Trainer to conduct ICT training for staff and students at our Singapore location. The role combines classroom training with in-house ICT design, AVA support, and system administration across school tech resources.

The ideal candidate has IT/Multimedia experience, Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and basic programming, with at least 2 years of ICT training for primary students and relevant certifications.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in IT, Multimedia, CS or related field.
• Good knowledge of photo editing, video editing, animation, and graphic design.
• Familiar with EdTech tools for classroom teaching.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with programming (C++, Java, XHTML).
• 2 years’ ICT training experience with primary students.
• Additional IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.

Job Title: ICT Executive cum Trainer
Work Location: 220 Lorong Chuan, Singapore 556742
Monthly Salary: $3100/Month

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 30 November 2027 (10 months). There is no work from 1 June to 30 June 2027.

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break
• No work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• You may sometimes be called on to work beyond normal hours when needed. Time off will be given in return.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and conduct ICT training for staff and students

• Plan, design and conduct ICT baseline standards training for students from Primary 1 to Primary 6
• Help assess students’ attainment of ICT skills
• Conduct ICT training for staff on relevant trending and school-subscribed EdTech tools

2. Carry out in-house ICT design and editing work

Conceptualise, design, lay out and produce school-assigned design projects that follow current trends while staying creative, including:

• Ideas and advice on the school’s corporate image
• Marketing and publicity materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, bookmarks, postcards and banners
• School collaterals such as the pupil diary, calendars and camp shirts
• Photo and video editing for school events

3. Provide ICT and AVA support for school events and programmes

• Support the ICT department with day-to-day ICT management
• Provide AVA support for school events and corporate matters, including sound mixing, photography and video

4. Help manage and maintain ICT and AVA equipment and resources

• Help the HOD/ICT and ICT associates manage the school’s ICT and AVA resources, including:replacing and condemning equipmentmanaging equipment loans

5. Help administer school-based ICT systems

• Help the HOD/ICT and ICT associates administer school ICT systems, such as:the digital signagetimetabling softwarethe OAS scanning systemthe Parent-Teacher Meeting booking system

6. Other tasks

• Actively scan the market for technology trends and new tools that support teaching and learning, and share them with school staff

You will be expected to follow the school’s Expectations of Instructors.

Job Requirements

Preferred qualifications, skills and experience:

• Relevant qualification in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science or a related field
• Good working knowledge of photo editing, video editing, animation, website design and graphic design
• Familiar with trending EdTech tools that support classroom teaching and learning, such as ClassPoint, Canva and ThingLink
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad apps and emerging AI tools
• Good working knowledge of computer and website programming (for example, C++, Java and XHTML)
• 2 years’ experience conducting ICT training for primary school students
• Other ICT certifications (for example, CompTIA A+, CCNA, CISM, CISSP and GSEC) are an advantage
