Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking a senior IC design leader in Singapore to drive CMOS/analog IC development, from specification to tape-out. You will oversee design, simulation, and verification of complex circuits, and craft project plans to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 5+ years in IC design, a Master’s degree or higher, and proficiency with tools such as Virtuoso, HSPICE, Spectre, APS and Calibre. Excellent collaboration across teams is essential.

• 5+ years in the same position in a related company.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiar with CMOS technology;
• Proficiency in the theoretical foundations of analog circuits and familiarity with the analog IC design process;
• Proficient in analog circuit design using EDA tool software such as Virtuoso, HSPICE, Spectre, APS, and Calibre, and familiar with layout design;
• Proficient in using Matlab for modeling and simulation;
