Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to design and implement AI-ready data center solutions across APAC, including Singapore and Bangkok.

You will work with hyperscale customers, translate complex requirements into scalable deployment plans, and provide SME-level engineering support to global teams. The role requires 3–5 years in related fields, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science, and a strong understanding of optical connectivity and high-density infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field.
• 3–5 years in data center infrastructure, applications engineering, or deployment support.
• Experience with hyperscale, cloud, or AI data center environments preferred.
• Experience with optical connectivity, structured cabling, or data center deployment projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Corning solutions for AI-ready data center infrastructure.
• Support deployment of high-density optical connectivity for compute, network, and interconnects.
• Engage hyperscale customers early to secure Corning specifications in AI data center designs.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, repeatable deployment solutions.
• Act as SME and provide engineering support to global/regional account teams.
