Job summary

ZTE Singapore is seeking an entry-level Telecommunications Engineer to join our on-site team. You will conduct surveys, supervise installations, test systems, and commission networks to ensure operational readiness.

Assist in network design, planning, and implementation while delivering remote and on-site technical support to customers under SLA guidelines. Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed; training and mentorship will be provided to develop skills across telecom technologies and project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks and related technologies.
• Relevant internship experience or technical support skills would be an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible working attitude.
• Fresh graduates are warmly welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of telecommunications networks.
• Assist in network technical design, planning, and implementation.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site troubleshooting.
• Respond to major or critical network issues and provide on-site support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project delivery and network operations.
