Service Connections HR Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Temporary Tax & Finance Executive to support withholding tax and GST processes for a Singapore educational institution. The role combines tax duties (90%) with basic finance support (10%), including reconciliations and reporting across a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, diploma/degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accountancy/finance is preferred.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities are essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Review and file withholding tax returns monthly with timely journals.
• Prepare monthly withholding tax reconciliations and GST postings.
• Address simple WHT queries from departments and assist in tax reporting.
• Assist in financial operations and ad-hoc projects as needed.
