ICON Clinical Research in Singapore is hiring a Site Services Specialist I to support clinical trial sites through logistics, issue resolution, and resource coordination. The role combines on-site Loyang office work with work-from-home flexibility, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure trials run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences-related degree, experience in site management or clinical operations, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Formación

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
• Experience in site management or clinical operations is preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Read, Write and Speak)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide logistical and operational support to clinical trial sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies
• Assist in resolving site-related issues, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring adherence to study protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional ICON teams to ensure seamless communication between trial sites and ICON teams
• Track site performance metrics and provide reports to support study timelines and goals
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements across all site activities
