Deutsche Bank AG in Singapore seeks a Lending VP to lead structuring and execution of bespoke financing solutions for UHNW clients across the APAC region. You will collaborate with Coverage, Risk Management, Investment Solutions and Lending teams to deliver complex transactions to high standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Credit Structuring, or Lending Solutions.
• Demonstrated experience structuring bespoke financing for UHNW clients, Family Offices and complex borrower structures.
• Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills, including financial statement analysis and cash flow assessment.

Responsabilités

• Support the structuring and execution of tailored financing solutions for UHNW clients in Southeast Asia and South Asia regions.
• Handle flow transactions and cases with credit policy exceptions, large exposures and complex risk mitigations.
• Collaborate with Sales/Coverage and internal/external lawyers to close transactions and prepare documentation.
• Shape credit-related processes, policies and platform enhancements to drive growth.
