Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator or Commercial Administrator.
• Experience supporting a busy sales team in distribution, logistics, supply chain, electronics or similar B2B environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proactive attitude with the confidence to work closely with sales professionals and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Processing customer orders, quotations and sales documentation.
• Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product information within internal systems.
• Managing high volumes of sales data with exceptional accuracy.
• Coordinating with internal departments including Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Supporting account managers with reporting, pipeline administration and customer requests.
• Producing regular sales reports and assisting with forecasting activities.
• Ensuring all customer enquiries are handled professionally and within agreed service levels.
