Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on projects. You will work with consultants to handle multidisciplinary issues, liaise with clients, and ensure accurate measurement and rate application for cost estimates.

The role involves preparing tender and contract documents and finalizing project accounts, with a hybrid work arrangement and a friendly, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in cost management of projects.
• Collaborate with Consultants to manage multidisciplinary issues and liaise with stakeholders.
• Be professional in meetings, negotiate and build client relationships.
• Measure quantities and apply rates to build cost estimates.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Finalize project final accounts and other QS tasks.
