Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. seeks a Procurement Buyer to manage sourcing, negotiate orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Candidates must have a Diploma in Business Administration, proven experience in procurement, and skills in SAP and Microsoft Office.

The role is based in Singapore and offers a hybrid work schedule, consisting of 4 days work from home and 1 day at the office. The contract is for one year, convertible to permanent based on performance, with a salary up to $3700 plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Conduct sourcing/competitive quotation to ensure best value is achieved for the company.
• Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected suppliers.
• Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered.
• Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC).
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
• Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues.
• Build, maintain, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.
